What types of product do you use?

I use all natural massage wax by Songbird an independent brand based in Glastonbury and a specially formulated myofascia release wax made from a blend of coconut oil and beeswax - just enough is applied for a smooth glide, you will not leave the massage couch drenched in oil and in need of a shower.

Brushed cotton couch linens and a heated blanket ensure ultimate comfort throughout your treatment.

What happens in my first appointment?

We'll run through a short consultation which will help me to get a good understanding of your needs and how best massage treatment can help you.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash or bank transfer at the time of your appointment, details provided on the day of your treatment.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give at least 24hrs notice. If you cancel or change with less than 24hrs notice I kindly ask that you honour the time I had set aside for your treatment and pay the full fee.

Are you qualified and insured?

I am an iTEC qualified Level 4 Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist. I trained at Wilbury School of Massage, graduating from the Diploma course with Distinction and I am fully insured. I am also a certified Sarga Bodywork practitioner.
